All work done promptly and with no problems
Our first contact with Sanctuary Solar was when we needed our roof replaced, and he removed the solar panels from the roof, and reinstalled them after the roof was replaced, with upgrading of some of the hardware and wiring.
He also recently replaced our faulty invertor with a new wireless model which we can access with an app on our phones to track performance. All the work was done promptly and with no problems.
We now use Sanctuary Solar for all our solar and electrical jobs. 🙂

Extremely happy with the service
I am extremely happy with the service from Sanctuary Solar with regards the installation of two solar systems, a 25 kilowatt system on a warehouse roof and a 5 kilowatt system on my own house in Byron Bay. Recently I called Sanctuary Solar regarding the output from my old installation on my house and he came around to the house within half an hour. The output seemed lower than it should be so he climbed on the roof in the middle of the hot day and started cleaning the 26 solar panels to see if the output had dropped because of a build up of grime on the face of the panels. This he was doing for no charge simply as back up service. I felt guilty he was doing what I should have done before I called him so I climbed on to the roof and together we cleaned the 26 panels.My daughter intends to increase the size of her installation and I have strongly suggested she use Sanctuary Solar. Sanctuary Solar gives the back up service you hope to get but unfortunately you often do not receive. I have engaged Sanctuary Solar for another system to be installed as soon as possible

Hassle free and simple transition to Solar
Sanctuary Solar installed our solar system about three years ago and it has been running trouble-free since. His easy-going and knowledgeable approach made him extremely easy to deal with. He helped us work out the size of the system required, including any potential change of electricity usage (air-con, pool etc).
